For a long time I was convinced that I loved Myself. I did not even understand why I would not live in Self-love…
But when the events of Life showed me where I give Myself up, where I settle for less, where I adapt and give up on Myself, I realised that this matter is indeed more complex than I had previously thought.
Why is it important to raise our Self-Love and Self-Respect to the highest level?
Because until then our Spiritual Growth cannot be fulfilled either. We will feel that at some point we get stuck.
There is obviously a reason why we fall short in this area, but I would say that those who were given a background in which it is natural to set boundaries, to put themselves first, to respect their time and energy, and to protect their peace and frequency, are fortunate.
Because the Path that leads here contains much more essence.

It is important to understand that the people who harm us or cause us pain, and the negative events that happen to us, do not define anything.
They all work to mirror us, so that we can see where we stand and what still needs to be integrated. They do Us a favour, even unconsciously. So let us be grateful for it! They help us rise into our most radiant quality, so that we can Fulfil our Life.
We are not what happens to us. We are the decision of how we react to it.
This takes awareness, courage, a pure heart and determination.
God loves Us unconditionally. Then why do we not do the same for Ourselves? Why do we give up on Ourselves? Why do we settle? Why do we put Ourselves last?
The Universe supports Us when we position Ourselves in the highest place, thereby expressing that, for me, I am the Most Important person in my Life.
Sometimes this means we have to set boundaries. When the time has come, we must peacefully let people go from our Life.
Whoever does not serve our Path, does not raise our vibration, in whose company we do not feel good, who does not build but destroys, must be firmly cut out of our Life.
We are responsible for our Life and our frequency, no one else.
Our Life has a Sacred Purpose, and Self-Love and Self-Respect are Fundamental to it.
Whoever radiates Self-Love and Self-Respect is magical and attractive. Everyone around them feels it. This energy opens doors and creates opportunities. You shine, and the Universe answers and shines back on You.
Self-Love and Self-Respect are the Origin of our Life.
