On the Path of spiritual striving it is very important to reach our Divine Quality. For this, it is essential to raise our Lifestyle to the highest level.

Our physical body, our mental and psychological state, our frequency and our consciousness affect the quality of our Life.

Without claiming to be complete, I share some basic Lifestyle principles that are worth following from the very beginning and applying persistently, with which we can effectively transform our Life.

If you are reading these lines, you have already decided to change your Life.

Be persistent, because consciousness, determination and unwavering FAITH are needed to reach your Sacred Goal!

I suppose I do not need to tell you how greatly the state of our physical body influences our frequency and consciousness.

Let our food be LIVING and Plant-based. In terms of the freshness and vibration of our food, it is best to eat organic vegetables and fruit grown in our own garden. I especially recommend frequently eating medicinal and wild plants.

In addition, your meals should include grains, seeds, greens, legumes and berries, all of them from good-quality sources.

Let us drink spring water, because energetically and in terms of health this supports our body best.

A cold shower cleanses not only our body but also our aura.

Contact with Mother Earth and nature is very important. Spend as much time in nature as you can, hug the trees, walk barefoot!

Our body was created to work, to burn off waste physically, mentally and energetically.

Choose a form of exercise that you enjoy!

Yoga, meditation and breathing exercises support your everyday life and your spiritual path to the fullest.

Our living space, our environment, the work we do and choose, our human relationships, the vibration of the music we listen to, the content we turn our attention to. Our thoughts, our speech and our actions all influence our vibration and consciousness.

Choose wisely and consciously – your Life is in your hands!

Finally, the Most Important thing:

No practice, lifestyle or spiritual discipline is worth anything if you do not bring it into every area of your Life and live it every day.

Embody it – Be the frequency you want to live!

Embody Love, respond from the Heart, Smile, Live happily and freely, so that you can be a Light for Others too!

A single Soul that shines can move mountains and has an impact on its own Life and the Lives of others.

It is a Domino Effect.

Let us be Lighthouses, Footprints of Love, which we leave as a legacy to our Children and to the Whole Universe.

We are God's Beloved Children. The Time has come to live our Lives worthily, in our highest Divine Quality, for we are unique, unparalleled Creations of God.
